About ME&P
Strategic Innovation Development.
Milano Engineering and Partners Ltd is a multidisciplinary business support structure based in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, working with international companies, entrepreneurs, professionals and project promoters.
Our role
Not just advice. Operating conditions.
ME&P helps create and coordinate the practical conditions required to establish, organise and develop activities in Bulgaria. The work may begin with Business Housing and continue through market entry, logistics, engineering, territorial services or project development.
Where a matter requires a regulated professional qualification or specialist authorisation, ME&P coordinates the appropriate qualified professionals rather than presenting non-regulated support as regulated advice.
Operating principles
A multidisciplinary structure without blurred roles.
Coordination
Services are organised around the client’s objective, not around internal departmental boundaries.
Clarity
We distinguish strategic coordination from regulated professional services.
Continuity
The relationship does not end when a company is incorporated or a document is filed.
International orientation
English is the master language of our external communication; local adaptations are created when useful.
